Brooke Gonzalez (Miss Brooke) - Executive Director
Since 1999, Brooke Gonzalez has been a part of the Sharon Hill family.
She started as a Pre-K teacher while working towards her degree in early
education at the University of Cincinnati. Not only is she our executive director, she also performs the role of director of director at our Tri-County facility.
Miss Brooke is pursuing an additional degree in ECE administration at Ashford University. During her time at Sharon Hill, Brooke has had the opportunity to work with children abroad in Mexico, as well as, to train teachers in India. She enjoys sharing those unique experiences with the children at Sharon Hill to give them new cultural insight and understanding. Miss Brooke's favorite aspect of Sharon Hill is the intimate feel she and the staff have with the parents and children and the flexibility to openly discuss any issues. At Sharon Hill, Brooke knows it is a privilege to play a significant part in the development of a child's educational journey. To do this, she creates the most welcome and harmonious environment possible. She is passionate about her job and the ability to work closely with each family to ensure their children thrive.
Emily Rodriguez (Miss Emily) - Assistant Director
Miss Emily has a bachelor's degree in psychology and is currently working toward a Masters' in early education at Liberty University. After her ten year tenure with the military, she transitioned into the educational field as a preschool through primary grade teacher. In 2016 she joined the Sharon Hill family. Miss Emily is committed to be an outstanding role model and demonstrates exceptional communication skills which allow her to genuinely connect with each child. Her favorite part of working at Sharon Hill is being a member of an extraordinary team whose common goal is to provide a positive learning experience and develop what may be, the future leaders of our world. Miss Emily believes that, unlike other daycares, Sharon Hill's family like atmosphere creates a more trustworthy and comfortable environment for the children it serves. Miss Emily has certifications in first aid, CPR and EMT.
Amber Reis, Director - Forest Park Location
Amber Reis joined the Tri-County location of Sharon Hill Daycare in 2014 first as an infant teacher and then later as the Center Director for Forest Park. Ms. Amber has a degree from Cincinnati State and is currently pursuing additional Early Childhood Education studies. Ms. Amber has worked in the field for ten years. Her passion is to ensure all children have the fundamental building blocks they need when they enter the traditional school environment. Her favorite aspect of working for Sharon Hill is the family-like atmosphere.
Anita Felton (Miss Anita) - Assistant Director
With her extensive background in business and leadership in facilitating day-to-day operations, Miss Anita has proven to be an invaluable asset to our family. Miss Anita has nearly 30 years of experience in administration. In 2008, she joined the Sharon Hill family as our assistant director for the Forest Park location. She is currently pursuing a degree in early childhood education. Miss Anita strives to maintain and further develop the traditional setting of Sharon Hill. Like all Sharon Hill employees, she takes a family centric approach to her position so that the children see her and the entire staff as an extension to their families at home.
