Sharon Hill Covid-19 Information

Updates Regarding COVID-19:

On March 25th 2020, Governor DeWine closed all Ohio daycare centers. He vetted daycares in Ohio and approved only a selection to become pandemic child care centers for essential workers. The next day, March 26th, Sharon Hill Daycare became one of only about 100 Ohio daycare centers to open.

From March 26th – May 29th 2020, we devoted our care to the children of essential workers–complying with state and CDC guidelines, accordingly.

When the governor reopened all daycare centers beginning Monday, June 1st, we discontinued our pandemic center operations.

As of today, all Sharon Hill locations are open. We will continue to comply with Governor DeWine’s mandates, state requirements, and CDC recommendations.

The safety and well-being of our children and staff are, as always, our top priority. We are taking every measure to ensure that our centers are clean and sanitized regularly and that our contact-limiting procedures are followed. We require all staff to wear masks and gloves, and we follow all classroom ratio and group containment guidelines.

Due to COVID-19 regulations, our capacity remains limited, but we are welcoming calls for availability. We’re no longer limited to caring for essential workers’ children.
